Our 4th EP Black Queen’s Beads (NERV006)
was released on April 25, 2008. This
coincided with a performance for Wayward
Sisters at the Bijou Theatre. The treasures
were transported with bare teeth. They are
packed with care in shredded gift wrap.
These were dealt among royal prim proper
and rough mistresses. Five flee(t)ing
femme fatales found fur flying. Something
sparkles under riding crop x-rayed through
blindfold. The queen that was free… she
held out her hands and mailed her
blessings. The mute witness to the process
wants to speak so badly. She offers
heartbeats as consolation. The lost objects
were only misplaced in a fun time distance.
Red, blue and green bows and dotted
devotion adorn these bea(s)ts. The chase
has left an overdrive of pretty feelings.
New additions take their place, less
subtractions in their wake. This moment in
time everything was exceptional.
